Returns & Exchanges:

- Valid for 7 days from delivery.
- Returns accepted for faulty or misrepresented products only.
- Full-priced items eligible for exchange/return; sale items not accepted.
- For exchanges, select products of equal or higher value.
- If replacement isn't available, credit note or refund considered case-by-case.
- Cash refunds issued if product/service doesn't meet standards, case-by-case.
- Refunds processed within 7-10 working days to original payment method.
- Orders can't be canceled once shipped.
