**Exchange & Return Process:**
Initiate any exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Partial returns are accepted, excluding broken set garments.
**Terms & Conditions:**
Returned items must be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with tags intact. Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value.
**Online Exchange & Return:**
Log in to your account on veshbhoosha.com and request an exchange/return from the "My Orders" section. We'll arrange a return pick-up or self-return via courier if pick-up service isn't available.
**Cancellation & Refund:**
We'll notify you within 2 business days if an item is unavailable. Cancel before shipping or request a refund for genuine issues. Refunds aren't applicable for color variations or used/damaged products and are issued as gift vouchers.
**Product Disclaimer:**
Embroidery and color may vary due to fabric nature. Sizing depends on cut, fabric, and style. Actual product colors may differ due to monitor settings. Follow washing instructions to avoid damage.
**Exclusions from Exchange & Return Policy:**
