Exchange & Return Process:
Please be mindful that any return/exchange claim must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.

The returned product must be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused, with the tags intact for our inspection.

Exchange & Return - Online:
Log in to your user account on veshbhoosha.com and initiate an exchange/return request from the "My Orders" section.

Upon receiving your request, we will arrange a return pick-up. Ensure the product is properly wrapped, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags intact.

For locations without return pick-up service, self-return the product via courier. Mention the Order ID and Return ID on the package and send it to:

Cancellation & Refund:
Our commitment to maintaining stock for all displayed products is steadfast. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you within two 2 business working days. You may choose to substitute with a similar product or opt for cancellation and refund.

Cancellation is feasible before shipping by placing a request within 24 hours of ordering.

Refunds are processed for genuine size issues, quality issues, lost packages, or wrong item deliveries.
